There are so many recipes for the same dishes. Why can’t people decide on a favorite and publish a cookbook

Yes, tastes are so different. Think about it logically: if everyone liked exactly the same food, why on earth would so many recipes have developed in the first place?

Well i have about 150 cookbooks and i like to try different flavors and different things so like Chili sometimes i make it with chicken sometimes ground beef sometimes cubed. Maybe thats why
